The struggle of the AMT is an example of the incompetence of the pols on both sides. The AMT itself is an example of pols using taxes as a means of waging class warfare. It should also be a warning for how often taxes morph into something totally different than their original purpose. I hope that the folks are aware of politicians that use taxes as a means of waging class warfare and the dangers involved.
